No Buddha, Mohammed, or any other Tom, Dick or Harry… just Jesus is Lord and Saviour!

How long have we heard about “the last days”? How long have people predicted the end only to grow old and die at 60, 70, 80 years old, like everyone else? Have we ever considered the value of talking about “the end”? If we are living at the time when the world comes to an end, what good does it do to talk about it? Wouldn’t it be better to assume that we are not at “the end,” and do what we can to right the world’s wrongs?

@KarlGessler awesome - will check it out when i get a moment!

busy filming day ahead today for my first video teaching series (thanks to @Olamide who is encouraging me and helping me feel confident enough to try something new!)

Andy B 2 minute Video, Heat, Tiredness and Hydration, S3, E21

Heat can do funny things to us.

But so can our memories!

How easily can we forget how good we may have been at something, because our failures always shout louder don’t they?.....

@karzudospa Here in the UK police officers have been prevented from reporting crimes as they are....it came to the point where they had to phone up - essentially to ask what what they were allowed to class a crime as, for the statistics...thatveas nearly a decade ago and dread to think where they're at right now!

If we don't label something, it's easier to avoid dealing with it

Much like terminations instead of abortions cos they thought it had a friendlier sound...sickening isn't it

Friday morning and there is still Hope in Jesus Christ! Has the love of the world left you empty? Has sin left you broken? Come unto Jesus Christ just as you are! Jesus heals the broken-hearted and delivers from sin! There is still Hope for you today!

@Kruselady click reply, select the paperclip (left most icon) and that should let you navigate to the file on your computer/phone - works the same on both devices 🙂

Andy B 2 minute Video Vlog, Prayer, Reverence and Confidence, S3, 20

youtu.be/6Zx2TqCQqyk

A wonderful friend of Andy B – Olly, from Nigeria – posted a really funny look at how Africans and Nigerians pray, against how the rest of the world prays. You can watch that on YouTube

As funny as it is, it also should make all Christians a little uncomfortable because doesn’t it wonderfully illustrate how we can come to God ourselves?

We will launch our first video feed with the best interview EVER.

The Lord performs righteous deeds
And judgments for all who are oppressed.
— Psalm 103:6

The need of a poor soul is a Divinely appointed opportunity to share His Love, let us never miss them.

@DevotionalTreasures nope. I love when my 2 min vids come from random objects or incidents - and applying them to real life and scripture

So a good cycle all in all. One mini moment of road rage from a [motor]biker - who should know better....but that's a great Andy B 2 Minute Video on why we should never judge others...perhaps even more so while the person doing the judging is actualy breaking the law at the time...

That little video will be ready for tomorrow evening 🙂

Since it's a whole degree cooler today (and a teeny bit overcast) I'm out for a cycle on the mountain bike.

I'm currently cooling in some shade with plenty of water before the homeward leg...and a shower....and lots more water

Remembering that I used to work 12 hours a day, in hotter conditions than this, with no cool water, and while wearing multiple layers of non breathable clothing, topped off with steel toe cap boots (a great heat sync) and, all, while standing on top of a truck engine revving wearing a solid plastic hat...I figured I could leisurely cycle in these conditions too

Found a lovely, shaded spot in a forest, with some tank traps as chairs. In a pretty blissful place, actually :-)

Onwards

@Olamide haiiwan? no way! meat feast - let me at it!

(as long as it doesn't have any spinach on it ;-) )

@Olamide but without that bentley, how will people know i'm a blessed man?!?

i did listen to a chap talking about his need for a private jet. he was very passionate - and many people put money in the plate for him - it was really saddening to watch

it also became a 'look at how much passion I have about putting lots of money into the plate' affair.........we didn't stay

@Olamide @bethany Olli I will kindly share my portion with you. That's how generous I am!!
