WiFi networks have become such an important part of all our lives, whether we’re even aware of that fact or not.

It doesn’t matter whether you make use of them – they, just, are!

It can be really tough finding a good network though, so you can ‘get online’. There can be problems with security – with open (and often, free) networks; download speeds determined by location, how many users are logging on and a whole host of other variables.

It can feel, sometimes, just as technically challenging to pray to God too. But it really isn’t.

His network is always secure. It is always up – and never crashes. It has unlimited upload and download speeds, and there is no fair use cap if you use it too much.

#TestimonyTuesday taster

I saw a post by Nicola over on her blog - EagleSight - which is a great blog I highly recommend.

Anyway, she wrote a post earlier and floated the idea of #TestimonyTuesday. It went down with a treat, and I loved the idea, so we'll be doing our own #TestimonyTuesday right here on the BerryBunch.family blog.

Testimonies are so powerful because they are truths from our life. I love reading them, and look forward to reading many more.

So, as a little bit of a taster for this new, regular, feature, here's an extra testimony (actually two today)...on a Thursday...which still starts with a "T". So, it's nearly the same...

A beautiful view from our lounge window.

The day has begun, and the BerryBunch.family is very much up and busy today.

Jo's been at her office a good long while already. Washing is on the line. Dishwasher is on and the kitchen tidied. Fireplace is cleaned and refreshed for this evening.

The boys have all been beavering on their home ed for quite a while now too.

And, very excitingly for me, I recorded 4 X Andy B 2 Minute Videos last night in our new studio set up (SO much easier now!!!!!!!) and I'm super excited to edit them later - they'll be published from Monday next week. Which means we're properly back at it again 😊😎

The porridge I made is keeping me warm and set me up for a busy day. No cycling today though...am not back up to daily trips out just yet!

Did I mention we're loving the new home?!? And having slave to breathe out 😌

Good morning peoples around the world.

Washing on the line and a s come load in the machine. The dishwasher is purring away. Got Jo a coffee in a flask for Jo to take with her, who is already beavering away in her office (with her lovely new team - honestly, that warms my heart!)

My 2nd mug of earl grey tea is in my hand, and poached eggs on toast are about to be happily consumed.

A cycle is planned for later for me, and some looking over the two books I've currently got underway.

The BerryBunch.family day is well and truly underway!

Is God with you?

I was a reading a post by a good friend this morning – Alan – over on his blog, Devotional Treasures. He titled it “The folly of doing it your way“. As is his usual approach, there was a scripture at the beginning, which I read, and then he took some time to bring the scripture to life in his ever unique style.

It was taken from the Old Testament (Numbers 14:40-45 NASB), but is still a fairly familiar piece of scripture. I’m not gonna give a summary of it here. Read the scripture for yourself, or, even better, go read Alan’s post!

Anyway, the last half of one verse really jumped out at me this morning:

"Do not go up, or you will be struck down before your enemies, for the Lord is not among you."

It’s been a while since a couple of things happened.

The first is Andy seeing his own face, without a beard.

The second is filming any new material for the BerryBunch.

With a house move completed successfully, and the BerryBunch Studio, Mk. 3 up and running, and Andy was stroking his beard and pondering how he had arrived at a place where he could actually stroke his own beard!!

Growth can be messy, just like growing a beard. But without the mess, it’s hard to really grow.

Just a thought…

keep forgetting we properly live on the coast now. just been for a cycle with Jo (on lovely, perfectly smooth roads no less!!!).

4 1/2 miles and we're at the coast, with the sound of seagulls overhead

need a shower and some food though now. the electric garage door is definitely a bonus when you're coming up the drive though.

and so nice to be on our road bikes again...we've loved mountain biking, but also really missed our lovely road bikes

We're back - well we never left DingDash, but the BerryBunch.family are back following our house move! It makes sense, really...

The BerryBunch.family Recording Studio Mk. 3.0 is up and running (although we need to tweak the audio a little) and we've started recording new material again. And we need to find some rugs!!!

Anyway, we've got a 60 second update video coming REALLY soon, and an Andy B 2 Minute Video all about Beards and Spiritual Growth...yes, really!!

Our house move went really well, and we're loving the space of the new place, especially the room we now have as our studio, and the amount of room we have in our studio - we're no longer squishing into such a tiny space, and don't need to practice our gymnastics just to move around!!

first BerryBunch recording done. no gymnastics from the team as we move around the studio, and we've made some big changes to how we actually set up the studio, which is great and will, God willing, save much time.

Did i mention we've moved house and are loving the new place...........a place to breathe, and without leaving the house I can easily manage 4,500 steps a day......
