@Chidiotamiri It reminds me of the woman the wet his feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair, Jesus honored her.
There were the two Mary’s, and one broke the alabaster vile and anointed him. The last place he chose to stay before going to the cross was the one Mary’s house, and the first person He appeared to was the other Mary. Neither Mary had much of a ministry that we know of, and yet they ministered to the heart of Jesus so deeply that they were the ones he chose to be with before he died, and to appear to first upon his resurrection.
I don’t think the disciples fully understood what He was about to go through, even though He told them plainly, yet Mary who sat at his feet and soaked up every word, loved Him, and listened and understood, and anointed Him in preparation for what He was about to suffer.
Women and men both have a very special place in His heart.

Looking at the woman with the spirit of infirmity for 18 years, we'll find that two of the greatest enemies of the woman are Satan & religion. Satan bound this woman for 18 years, but when Jesus set her free, the leader of the synagogue protested against her freedom.
While Satan takes pleasure to afflict women, religion delights in seeing them remain under Satan’s bondage. And if by whatever means the woman is set free by the Lord, religion will vehemently oppose the woman for the freedom she received to be able to “look up” instead of being bent and bowed,
Religion wants women to remain bent and bowed, provided they continue to perform their religious rites. Religion smiles in satisfaction, while the woman weeps and wails. Jesus came to set the woman free from religious and Satanic slavery that has hitherto incapacitated her and stopped her from finding full liberty and expression of who God created her to be.
Jesus sets the woman free from Satan and religion. Hallelujah!

Sometimes I wonder how soldiers who serve in wars make it mentally. They seem so fearless. But Chad says many suffer from PTSD, 80% go through divorce, and around 20 veterans kill themselves every day. Chad, who served in Afghanistan, wouldn't have made it without the help of God. Now he and his wife help veterans.

I feel like someone out there needs to be encouraged in Jesus’ love for them. The suffering love of Jesus symbolized by Myrrh, may it help you to see how DEEPLY He loves you!
The Myrrh tree is a thorny tree growing in the harshest environments. The trunk exudes a reddish resin that drips down the outside of the bark & hardens, in appearance looking like tears falling. The meaning of Myrrh is tears from a tree.
Myrrh is known as an embalming spice, & is a picture of suffering love. When Jesus was praying all night in the Garden of Gethsemane, as the Myrrh tree, dripping the bitter resin, He agonized in prayer so intensely that He sweat drops of blood from His body, liquid tears of blood soaked passion flowing down His body (we are His body) as love broke through the darkness & He sealed His fate & ours with His final yes, for all eternity.
It’s hard to wrap into mere words the weight and glory of His love. I pray you will FEEL it as you read this. ❤️ He’s holding you, carrying you.
