This might not look like a lot to most people, but to me? This is the BEST thing EVER.
I have been waiting to buy one of these for soooo LONG. I can't buy in Hong Kong. Can't buy in Sweden. Can't buy in Dubai!
I want to carry this in my carry-on when I leave the US.
I NEED this in my life.

@Jo_PrayerN_actionCenter looks like Lodge can't be found on this page. My 12' Lodge plan makes it both bigger and cheaper than the ones found on this page. Lodge is a common house hold name in the US. Nobody brags about them because they are so cheap and commonm. Mine cost $29 USD at Ace Hardware, but I saw it later for 24.99 at Walmart. Made in Tennessee

@tymektt @dragonski this one cost me $29 USD at ACE Hardware store! I am a big big fan of La Cruisette cast iron pans as well, but they are not better quality and they cost - not exaggeration - up to 20 times more!

@sinbach this one is a bit lighter for your carry on?!?

Skillet: Never surrender lol

Usually when I search for the band I just end up with results more in common with that amazing pan you've bought!!

@sinbach yes! I have the 12”, 8”, the griddle and then my neighbor gave me two more that he had sitting in the garage. Restored one of them to take to my brother…. These are some crab cakes I cooked in the 12” yesterday!

@sinbach lol 😆 I hear u…I love the kitchen, it’s my other sanctuary and this skillet is an essential must…wonder how yellow rice will turn out 🤔 the pegao probably to die for 😳 gotta go, inspiration doesn’t wait

@sinbach Lodge makes truly incredible cast iron cookware. They are made in the great state of Tennessee, not far from my home.

Not only is it great, long lasting cookware… but the people (and company) who make these pans are God fearing! Purchasing Lodge products is supporting your brothers and sisters in Christ.

I own a Lodge frying skillet, wok, and dutch oven. These things will last me ‘til Jesus returns.

@sinbach these are great, I have it in a flat griddle, a dutch oven, and even a wok! good luck getting it through in your carry on!

@sinbach why can't you buy cast iron pans in Sweden? Look for gjutjärnspanna! We have two of them... one pan and one pot (for stews that cook for hours). They are great! Healthier than and more durable than Teflon . More old time. Hope you find one! But they are really heavy... (thinking about your flight luggage).

@tanjaostman they are not easy to find. we searched all over stockholm - nadda! definitely not Lodge iron skillets which cost only $29 USD.

@sinbach wow, that's strange! But I suppose they would've been much more expensive than 29 USD in Sweden...

@sinbach They are a great workout for your wrist strength. And I find them a little challenging to keep seasoned properly. But oh the skillet pizzas I have made! Nothing browns quite the same.
