@MaryMamuzich yes. there are a few different schools of Buddhism teaching. What you find in Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong, etc is completely different than what you find in Tibet. BUT most people agree that Tibetan Buddhism is the purest form of Buddhism. In my opinion, Tibetan Buddhism is much darker and more violent than the Buddhism that you find in Japan.

Many people do not know that the sick king of Odessa sent a letter to Jesus asking him to come and heal him. After Jesus ascended into heaven, history tells us that Thomas and Judas traveled to the king carrying the garment that Jesus was buried in - the Shroud. @KarMarJo57 @bethany yes I am. Dark chocolate is very low in carbs. the darker you go, the lower the carbs, plus dark chocolate is super good for you. To stay in a deep state of ketosis, i keep my carb intake to less than 25 carbs a day. Even though I often eat 10-20 grams of dark chocolate in the evening - I am probably less than 1/5 my daily allowance.

@RoseofSharon big changes are hitting China, but I personally do not see a big shakedown - at least not yet. President Xi has done a great job shoring up his power. All of the government officials in the CCP that did not agree with him are now gone. People now compare him to Mao - but Xi now has more power than Mao EVER did. That power structure is very strong right now.
