@Berrybunchfamily Merry Christmas!
"Merry Christmas from China – 600 People, Mostly Women, Sent Back to North Korea to Face Torture
Eugene 20 h
China just carried out the largest deportation of North Koreans in years, most of them women, sending them back to North Korea. They have not been heard from since.
According to recent reports from a Seoul-based human rights group, China sent about 600 people back to North Korea after Pyongyang ended their lockdown. North Korea views the repatriated refugees as traitors and they face torture, sexual violence, and death when they return.
Reports from BTJ missionaries inside North Korea share that many in the country are starving to death this winter. The economy has suffered greatly from the extreme Covid lockdowns. North Korea was the first nation in the world to shut down and the last to open up. The number of people who died from the pandemic in the country is still not known." ->
Trans-Christians
If our evangelism does not produce transformation, it may not be accurate to call it evangelism.
“Evangelism” comes from the Greek word evangelion, which means “good news.” The Gospel is news, not advice. News is something new. A reality has changed, and people should know about it. We will never bring people to Christ until the Gospel we preach produces transformation.
People are into all kinds of “trans” things today because they are looking for change. Let us show the world trans-formation of character. We must learn to preach the Gospel with power. Only then will the lost come to Jesus. And only then will a “revival” truly effect the changes America and the world needs.
For the kingdom of God is not a matter of talk but of power.

I don’t know how many here will have read INFIDEL by Ayaan Hirsi Ali, but it’s an amazing book about her journey leaving Islam. She’s been an atheist ever since - until this month. @sinbach shared this article with me this about her recent journey to Christ 🙏🏼❤️
You can read it here: https://unherd.com/2023/11/why-i-am-now-a-christian/?fbclid=IwAR3DIKF9EBQFKGsu8fnxaXYZuZUB02vyGKEU-7LPdfiOcTIFhSPC8N5yraM
@bethany right?
Ok! Somebody actually challenged @sinbach to a Christian/Buddhism debate - and Eugene accepted.
Let's hope that the other side will show up and that this conversation will bring life & Godly love 😃
