@KarlGessler yep. Crazy times. Peter got his name, 'cos he's so hard! Certainly announced his presence like a volcanic eruption!

On this day, 10 yrs ago, we packed and moved within a day!

we literally started packing in the morning & finished by the evening. An environmental health officer stated we had no contract due to raw sewage coming through the kitchen ceiling. The landlord had served time for attempted murder so had police support too to protect us.

That that was first of 3 house moves within 2 1/2 years, all aided (and/or urged) by environmental health officers and the police - due to the worst of bad landlords that we'd managed to end up with!

We move in 8 days time, but from a nice Home, with plenty of time - to a new life, and new job for Jo, to a totally new area of the country

Oh yeah, and Jo was pregnant and we'd had to rush to a local hospital due to her falling seriously ill, suddenly - to discover her symptoms was caused by our lovely little Peter making his presence known (he was the size of a grain of cous cous) :-) That's one way of discovering a precious pregnancy.

Some days God's goodness knocks for six. It's always overwhelming and amazing

Happy Thursday people of the Ding (love Olli D's greeting so I'm nicking it!)

@bethany taken just now while the boys weed the garden - ahead of moving next week...I'm management 😉😁😜

Can't afford a cut...or blister........and I do so hate weeding - so a shame I can't help really.........😎

@bethany there's an interesting irony! Suuny and cold

Morning Bethany...from somewhere else in the UK 😁

Quote from the book "The Heavenly Man"

Brother Yun reported what Brother Xu told him and I share it with you.

"We have to learn whatever the Lord wants to teach us from his Word, from life, from our experiences, and from our sufferings. Therefore we should initiate a prayer effort and look to God’s mercy and revelation".

"Professor Ehud Qimron, head of the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at Tel Aviv University and one of the leading Israeli immunologists, has written an open letter sharply criticizing the Israeli – and indeed global – management of the coronavirus pandemic."

@Berrybunchfamily Thank you. I'm glad to hear it. Jesus is everything to me. God bless you.

@faith20 you're such a blessing to me - through your heart, and love of Jesus

@bethany @MaryMamuzich Bethany - you don't have green fingers either? We can kill the unkillable

Even spider plants have to worry in our house

Just an observation understanding that causation and correlation are not the same.
I spent xmas in a cabin with my parents and siblings.
Everyone got the rhona....well almost everyone.
I got it. two boys and wife got it (confirmed with test). My step-dad got it.
We are all v@xed. My shots were in October and my stepdad just had the booster last month and he was so bad that he was taken into surgery and is currently in the urgent care wing of the Ball Memorial Hospital.
My unv@xed mother is five years older than my step-dad and only had the sniffles. She was over it in a day. My unv@xed sister - yep, she did NOT get it at all.
So....on a personal level....the record in our family for those with the jab is less than underwhelming.

"But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were weary and scattered, like sheep having no shepherd".

Matthew 9:36 NKJV

Even today Jesus has the same compassion, He who is the same yesterday, today and forever and who is the Living One. I know that Jesus will help us, and he will do it for each of you and for his Church spread throughout the world.

Went to see my step-dad on the covid floor at the hospital today.
I felt pretty official.
