It isn't English in origin, but it is very favoured over here and it's very suitable for all ages.

The last public Christingle I delivered had nearly 800 people aged from a few weeks old to triple digits :-)

The Harrier was an amazing aircraft. My boys and I have seen the very first flying version - The Kestrel - while it was being refurbished for display at RAF Cosford

And I have seen one of those things do a bow...multiple times - both the Sea Harrier and the regular version.
