@Berrybunchfamily @tanjaostman I totally agree!! Hot chocolate sounds good! Enjoy!!
@tanjaostman ^^^ this ^^^
Can you imagine the nuclear fall out if id posted my informed thoughts on Facebook? I'd be forever waiting for the men in black to burst in through the windows, from a silent helicopter
Peter makes any who would any one a single or double hot chocolate around 4pm every single day
Squirty cream, grated dark chocolate and mini marshmallows (although the last 5 supermarkets I visited dont have any in, or coming in anytime soon 😔 )
@DevotionalTreasures encouraging is super easy to do! There's so much to easily encourage you about!!!
@DevotionalTreasures just another piece of utterly brilliant penmanship and Holy Spirit intervention through a humble man I've come to call my friend and brother
Are we filtering out impurities from our lives each day?

i just read a Facebook post from "UK Government"
ok, yes it was about a mass vaccination event at Wembley Stadium, so some clever person said 'help give covid the boot' in reference to Wembley
but, the vaccine can't be booted away
it can't stop transmission or slow or reduce spreading it
it can't stop you dying
however, it "may" help prevent you suffering badly or for less time, but plenty of people still, sadly, die from covid, even with jabs
but it won't stop you spreading or catching or suffering from covid. and it won't get rid of covid
i'm not anti-vax. i'm so definitely not against medical help (i'm on 3 daily meds to keep me alive)
but i'm utterly fed up of the polarising lies about what the vaccine will do
i'd say this on facebook, but, honestly, why bother
i've not posted like this before. but i truly hate misinformation - where was the fact check warning on that post?!?
grr
i'm off for a hot chocolate

@TakeN Awesome...really simple, yet not
@Olamide got to do something with the lack of passion from the singers lol
good on her
@sinbach it's certainly very easy to go for the comfy option
it's all too east to place our reliance on unbiblical approaches like 'use your common sense'
because while God gives us minds to think through problems. He also desires us to 'trust and obey' and our own thinking can get in the way of that all too easily
the narrow path is dangerous, yet exciting...do we want danger? Or comfort?
this thought just popped into my head
when I was walking up a steep hill one day, someone told me to stop looking up. because it can be quite psychologically demotivating to see how much further you have to go
and i'm sure that is a very sensible thing while walking up a hill
but there are two issues with that as a Christian
if we look at our feet, we won't know where we're going.
or, to put that one another way - and far more importantly - we won't see WHO we're going towards
because Christianity isn't just a journey to a destination
it's a journey to a person; to a 'Him'
also, if we only ever look down at our feet, we won't be enjoying the journey we are on
just a mini thought that popped into my head which i thought i'd share with my DingDash family
let's look up to our guide, who already know the twists and turns of the journey ahead
@faith20 Amen!
He will guard the feet of His saints,
But the wicked shall be silent in darkness.
“For by strength no man shall prevail.
The adversaries of the Lord shall be broken in pieces;
From heaven He will thunder against them.
The Lord will judge the ends of the earth.
“He will give strength to His king, And exalt the horn of His anointed.”
I Samuel 2:9-10 NKJV
@Olamide he speaks even faster than me, but still makes lots of sense
