S05E001, Back To Business! Andy B 2 Minute Video

vimeo.com/741845597

I’m back! I hope you’ve missed these short daily reflections on life. I’ve certainly missed making them!

I took a pause because I’d been doing them, without any proper break, for nearly two years and I wanted to pause long enough to have a rest so I could come back refreshed. But, only to do so if I felt God was wanting me to continue with them, which I believe He does.

So here we are! And, while my short videos may have taken a pause, the rest of the BerryBunch Ministry carried on and we have some AMAZING things happening. Some of which I still can’t yet talk about publicly. They’re super exciting and I can wait to share what is coming up with you in the fullness of time.

Anyway, let’s get Back to Business! (did you see what I did there?!?) (READ MORE)

A Brief Pause with Andy B, 22.08.2022

The first miracle we read about, of Jesus at work, is Him making wine. Not ordinary wine, but the highest quality possible. With Jesus there is always a happier ending.

S05E006, A Life More Ordinary, Endurance

vimeo.com/739710911

On this episode, we are looking at how we should view the ordinary and the extraordinary.

Go Deeper
Steven begins this week’s GoDeeper by getting us to think of the extraordinary feats demonstrated during the 22 Commonwealth Games, compared to the ordinary feats that ordinary people like us achieve.

He then unpacks the passage of Scripture found in Luke 18:10-14, pointing out the differences between the two people praying in that passage. One was rather ordinary and humble, whilst the other thought himself extraordinary and was arrogant.

Steven reminds us that riches and fame, which are not ordinary, are not all that healthy for people.

He concludes that we shouldn’t strive to be extraordinary but should embrace the ordinary and mundane aspects of life.

S02E006, Psalm 6, Family Prayer Time

vimeo.com/739713813

Peter & JoJo continue encouraging us to pray as a family by reading the Psalms together. This time, Peter and JoJo read the whole of Psalm 6 as a prayer to God, reminding us of the relevance and power of these words for us today.

Peter tells us that David is appealing to God to go easy on him! David knows God does not tolerate evil, but on the other hand God is a merciful God, a God of justice and mercy. Peter also tells us that David is in some kind of trouble, but in this Psalm, we don’t know what this is.

JoJo draws our attention to how David pours out his heart to God, being honest and real and confident that God can rescue him in his trouble, no matter what that is. And that is true today and for us; if we call on God in our troubles, He can rescue us.

So, join Peter and JoJo in open, honest, and heartfelt prayer to a God who delivers!

S02E005, Day to Day, Marriage Matters

vimeo.com/739717283

This week’s Marriage Matters, you’ll be pleased to hear, is quite simple and straight forward and although Andy B and Jo tackle what might be the mundane and ordinary things of married life, this episode is not boring!

To give you a taster, so you can believe it’s true, these are some of the subjects covered: cleaning your teeth, putting the bin out, cooking meals and wait for it – cleaning the dishes! And if that was not exciting enough Jo mentions smelling roses and coffee and Andy gives a list of meals he eats!

Our 148th episode, and 100th of this Season – S04E100, Pausing Is Good for You!! Andy B 2 Minute Video

For More --> berrybunch.family/throwback-th

@Berrybunchfamily Dear friends, you are a family blessed by the Lord. We love you and ask God to continue blessing you in Christ.

Marie Monsen describes the power of prayer. She points out the importancy of really believing the word of God: what He says is the truth. And that faith comes by hearing,so to speak out God's promises builds up our faith.
I was picking blueberries in the forest. I had no insect poison with me. But when I reached the forest I very quickly realized the mosquitos were there to hunt my blood. I got disappointed and thought I'd have to give up. But then I remembered Marie Monsen! So I asked God if there's a verse fitting my situation now. The only thought that came up was "The plagues of Egypt don't belong to God's children". I thought: "This is not a direct verse from the Bible", but then I admitted, this same thought is there,in Exodus. So I started speaking it out, even made a song about it and continued. A mosquito would land on my hand and I could just blow it away. Finally the wind came to my help! When finished, not a single insect had eaten me,praise God! At home I found Ex. 8:17-19.

So tired this morning!

Jo's on pain meds. Pale, worn, tired, but getting better. Praise God!

We're up and about and recuperating.

@Berrybunchfamily Dear brother Andy, I have now read your messages. My wife and I pray that the pain will pass completely and permanently in the name of Jesus. And we pray that God will get your money back, in the name of Jesus. We embrace you all in Christ. God bless you. 🙏

@Berrybunchfamily may the Lord's healing hands be upon her!! Glad you're home!!

Update on Jo

Firstly, thanks for your prayers. Truly. She felt them!!

Secondly you couldn't make up our day!!

She was discharged and forgotten about so we were actually there for 13 1/4 hours (they assumed she had left...sadly another woman got forgotten about in the morning due to the same issue - WAY too many people wanting to access the hospital).

They don't know what caused such bad pain in Jo, and there are way too many possibles so they have given her strong pain medication. If it comes back, plus any other symptoms, we go back to see a doctor.

On our way out we paid for the medication and they took twice the amount. But their card machines are new and they were unable to refund us...so they had to take lots of details so they can get the hospital finance team to lay us back the difference.

What a day! Now, where's my bed?!?
