This song is not new, but I heard it for the first time yesterday. It is powerful.

"Gilbert was 17 when his father was stabbed 26 times and killed for his faith and ministry in Iran. God transformed the tragedy into a profound testimony when Gilbert forgave the persecutors. Gilbert wrote this song and dedicated it to the ones who caused him to mourn.

@tanjaostman So interesting that you shared this! I was just thinking of this brother yesterday! He has such a sense of humor in spite of all the suffering and grief he's experienced. In addition to the loss of his earthly father and his own persecution, he almost lost his life in a motorcycle accident. But, God is a God of miracles! Have you heard his testimony of being visited by a little angel to remind him he DOES have a father?

Book sales were INCREDIBLE over the weekend. so many people wanted to know more.

@Toddkapper @sinbach It could be that sometimes, but I think other times it may simply be a learned habit. We imitate others who pray in that way. We practice what we hear and even take it into out own prayer closet? I'm glad @sinbach shared this for some laughs. I agree with Mary and Todd that it is awkward. But, on the flip side, I know people who pray this way and are very dedicated servants of the Lord. I'm sure they're praying in private and their lives are bearing fruit. And, their prayers are heard and being answered. I'm glad God hears and answers all kinds of prayers.

Love this quote from Brother Yun yesterday…
‘We cannot apply the American model, the European model or the Chinese model of the church, we need to apply the heavenly model of the church’ 🙌

Wow, it has been a while since I have been on here. I pray that the Lord is ordering your steps and that you are growing in His grace day by day.
By the way, His grace means His strength.

@VeritasDomain Yes, it is. I wish we could hear more about how God is moving in the region and how people are being rescued, but I know that people involved in these areas need to keep their work very confidential. And, they're more busy working and getting things accomplished than they are sitting around talking about it. It's good to be reminded about these issues though, so we can pray for our brothers and sisters.

@Chidiotamiri I once was in a service where the preacher spoke in almost a monotone. There was nothing in his manner of speaking that held attention. However, I was captivated by the message, because the Holy Spirit was speaking through him powerfully. It left a big impression upon me. There is nothing wrong with a being a charismatic preacher, in fact it can be a gift. But, a person does not need it before being used by the Lord. God spoke through a donkey once. Yes, may we all speak with purpose! Whether as a preacher to a group or to one person in our realm of influence.

People say that they got the jab because they belive in science. I believe in science too, and that's the exact reason why I refuse the experimental mRNA. (This doesn't mean I believe there have never existed any vaccine that doesn't work). More and more medical doctors and researchers speak out. Even if they risk losing their jobs and reputation. The problem is that this information is forbidden on Facebook, Instagram and YouTube. And mainstream media don't talk about the risks with the shots either. They lie about statistics.

This doctor was trained at the Mayo Clinic and runs the largest independent testing laboratory in Idaho. What he detects in the blood of injected people is scary.
