Whole Foods Plant Based (WFPB) is the best for optimal health and reversing disease. When I followed it I had much better health.
It is hard for me right now to follow it though due to the country I live in

The diet here is the worst in Asia and they spray fruits and veg with horrible chemicals. 😭
