@messenjahofchrist it’s like when the CHAZ/CHAP guy got so upset that the EMS would not come into his autonomous zone. They wanted full autonomy except for the life saving part. These guys want the police defunded except the ones who will protect them.
I totally agree that we have some institutions in the US that need to be overhauled or limited, but most of not all were begun to serve a legitimate purpose.

We have been continuing our mission trips during the Pandemic! God is blessing us! But sometimes we still have minor disappointments like this.

@Susan192 it’s such a mystery to me as well. What I have learned is there is no “page”. This is like walking down the street, you are going to see everyone who is not behind a door - and anything you say in the street is going to be heard by everyone.

@sinbach in Kenya we have seen people actually severely beaten by the police for not wearing a mask. More than one person has been killed by the police for intervening in these beatings.
I thought I knew what police brutality was when I was in the USA, I had no idea.
