S03E003, Handling Divisive Issues, Marriage Matters
In the third episode of this series of Marriage Matters, Andy B and Jo take a look at the subject of things that might cause disagreement in our relationships. Let’s face it we can’t always agree on everything and that could mean arguments, heated discussions, or challenging communications.
At times in our marriages, we need to manage our differences in opinions and deal with our different approaches to life. There is probably no end to what we might disagree on and nay include subjects like politics, money, parenting and food choices to name but a few!
This week, Andy B reads finds wisdom to tackle divisive issues and reads:
• Proverbs 20:3
• 2 Timothy 2: 23-24
• James 4:4:1-3
• Ephesians 4:26

#TestimonyTuesday: Panic, Peace and Perfect Timing
Every day is a learning day, and every day God is still very much at work.
Read our latest testimony of God at work today!
Our car broke down. We’ve got a pretty good bus network and timetable. But, daily life – for us – and with no money for repairs, were left stranded for, potentially, several months.

Thanks brother Andy. God bless you.
I have a happy spot I can cycle to from our home. It faces the North Sea (UK) so the weather can vary quite a bit!
It's a regular chatting-with-God-place for me.
Today, it was bright and sunny through overcast clouds, with a gentle, warm breeze.
The sea was out today at the beach, but I stand on a small cliff - the sound of the waves crashing on the sand was idyllic.
Blessings y'all

@faith20 praying on my brother
@Justinmartyr sounds like a great family!
@Justinmartyr praying, but of course
it's one thing to 'know' that God will provide.
it's certainly another to 'live' that reality out
Andy B
@Berrybunchfamily that's great! I find experientially God does exactly what he says he would do in scripture, that is provide our needs because he had said he would, but it's a greater joy to see it and experience it with our own eyes.
I say that and now it's mine turn. We just had a accident where water overflowed and spilled through the floor down stairs into the below apartments. Oops 😬. We will have to pay so now pray for us! Thanks
@Jo_PrayerN_actionCenter 😂 i remember that. that was funny!!
@Jo_PrayerN_actionCenter i don't see the issue planting beer bottles.......you never know😂
As a kid I opened a children's bank account. The graphics for the account had a picture of a tree that looked like it grew money. I was most upset when I wasn't given one of those trees!

Hey up DingDashers
How's people doing today? What you up to? And where in the world (roughly) are you doing it (I totally get security!)?
I'm in the North East of the UK, and catching up on some literature [hand outs] and mail from the past few weeks, and a week a a big Christian convention
My older two boys are at a bible study (called the Alpha Course - originally from the UK and a great way to grasp the basics of the Christian faith, or revisit those basic tenets of our faith, which is why my boys are involved)
My little son is mastering a rubicks cube!

PS The photo is an old one from a our last holiday, as I can't find anything current ones on my computer!
@Justinmartyr it was a miracle tbh
it actually got quite a bit worse after this post, as we knew it would be July or August before we could pay for this
we were quoted up to around £500, worst case scenario
however, in the end, it was less than half of that original quote and God provided a huge blessing that paid for it
and we were without the car for less than 2 weeks. it made life VERY hard as we need a car to do daily life stuff.
honestly, i'm still a little overwhelmed
thanks for your prayers.
