This is a link to a newsletter from an attorney who deals mostly with covid issues.
However he had some interesting observations about Ukraine at the end of this Saturday's newsletter.
He is obsessed with the truth & has a team who checks the information before he uses anything in court.
I know personally one who does the checking.
He also wrote one of the White papers for the OSHA case presented to the Supreme Court.

Let's keep our eyes on Jesus. HE is the Victor! There is so much brokeness in this world. I was driving to an appointment with a sister from my local fellowship and learned that someone had been shot near the intersection at the end of our block. After this appointment I'm supposed to visit an elderly lady who called me and is feeling suicidal. I did speak to her to let her know I plan to come soon and she assured me she will be there. Jesus is our only hope in this world!

@Berrybunchfamily Amen! This has always been true, but is becoming more and more apparent in these days. During the earlier part of the pandemic especially, I would find myself becoming anxious. When I mediated on Scripture or listened to worship music, paying attention to the message of the lyrics, I physically felt the peace that passes all understanding chasing away the anxiety. God's Word is indeed the Truth that matters most!

MSM means Main Stream Media – I had to look it up. And the trouble with MSM is that they do exactly the same thing as social media, only they do it while wearing business suits on our television sets.

@sinbach Yes, I've noticed this too, and it's a bit scary actually, because I'm thinking, what if it was Finland and not Ukraine? Would people think all kind of bad about us too and salute how Putin is actually doing a good job when destroying us and our country..? I admit, it's probably a confusing thought that the main stream media would talk truth "for once"(and I agree they often don't), so I can very well understand how it's easy to start playing around with thoughts of all kinds of conspiracy theories. But I believe this time they are telling the truth about Putin. There really is demonic forces behind him. I probably would have been looking for these alternative theories too, if it wasn't for the fact that this dictator is my neighbour..! We living next door have a long history that teaches us NOT to be naive. We know this is for real and we could be next.

@Susan @tanjaostman I agree with this. It's so true that she was as lost before as she is now. Money and fame don't bring peace or true hope. This world needs Jesus. He is the true Answer for each one of us. It is sad when people celebrate the downfall of celebrities. Tanja, I don't know how it is in every case, but I have noticed a pattern of ruin for a lot of celebrities. They face so much pressure and stress that it often leads them to seek an escape through dangerous behaviors. Those who benefit from their talents or beauty or whatever their unique merit do not care about them. They only care about the money and attention it brings their industry.
@sinbach I've been seeing this too. I don't pretend to understand all that's going on (because I know I don't understand it all!). I would be interested in hearing more of your thoughts on these viewpoints and the evidence that points otherwise. I personally don't think Putin is just trying to destroy child trafficking and biolabs, because it seems if that were the case, the evidence would be different than what we are seeing. But, at the same time, I have become quite skeptical of the media.

Look to Jesus! Cling on to Him! Make Him your absolute and ultimate goal! This world is fading. Our hearts should be so sealed in Him, so that whatever we do, have or own in this life, it won't shake or distract us away from the Rock we're standing on. By standing firmly on that Rock, Jesus, we are showing the Light to people around us to also join us there. To find true life. And that Rock will NEVER shake.

In this episode @sinbach talks about the war and the refugee crises in Europe. I feel honoured and touched that he makes comparisons with, and tell about, the Finnish Winter War during WWII against the Russian army. ❤️ 🙏 There are few that can place Finland (and many other foreign countries) on a map, and Eugene knows not only where the countries are, but also have visited them and knows a lot of details about them.
Please pray for Finland and Sweden, for protection! I don't know what could possibly happen, but these days are traumatic/emotional for Finns, both because of the former wars against Russia, and because of the indirect threaths Putin has uttered.
Please pray for our president Sauli Niinistö that will leave for the USA tomorrow for an appointment with Joe Biden! (I shared a statement from our president in an earlier post today). As you might know Finland and Sweden are among the few nations in Europe that are not members of NATO.

I love to read and just now finished reading this book. I have been touched by God in a special way through the reading of this book. If you enjoy reading about the goodness of God, then you may also wish to read this book. I recommend it.
@bethany Also, I couldn't help but notice the emptiness in the eyes of the boys. It's not natural for little boys to sit and study all day. Children need to play, to laugh, to learn all kinds of things! What are they learning from the Koran?? 💔 How are these boys being treated? Years ago I saw a video that showed an Islamic "school" where the children were writing on (I think) slate tablets and washing them in a trough with water that they would then drink. A little boy was being whipped mercilessly. It was heartbreaking. There is so much suffering in this world. It's obvious males are given preference, but that doesn't mean they're happy or truly satisfied. The only true peace comes from JESUS.
@bethany This is heartbreaking in so many ways. I wonder why they didn't blur the woman's face (at the shelter). She specifically requested no faces be shown and stated her own life would be endangered.
