Almighty God, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, come to my help and deliver me from this difficulty that besets me. I believe, Lord, that all trials of life are under Your care and that all things work for the good of those who love You. Take away from me fear, anxiety and distress. Help me to face and endure my difficulty with faith, courage and wisdom. Grant that this trial may bring me closer to You, for You are my rock and refuge, my comfort and hope, my delight and joy. We can all talk about the failures of “the Church” in the West. But “the Church” is us. We are called to do the works of Jesus. No more pointing the finger at ministries and pastors. Jesus commissioned us, you and me, to do the work. Let’s just do it.

I'm truly grateful....a year ago I was in hospital....2 surgeries...29days in (even had another tumor removed a month later after I had left Hospital...3 surgeries o!!)....wow! I came out a better man.. because "I get better wife and better friends!!"( Portion in inverted commas is Pidgin English...should be spoken with a Nigerian accent..😊) #LoveWinsAgain

Revival or Revolution?

College campuses are not happy places. The unrest and anger will make you shudder. The language of revolution is in the air and on the posters. But all is not well with the revolution. A counter-revolution is also underway. At Kennesaw State University, I believe that I sensed an undercurrent of hunger for truth, hope, and love. The college students crave love and healing much more than they crave chaos and anger. Strangers in the form of professors, politicians, and media try to whip college students into a frenzy and I think they are worn out from chasing the wind. I sense a receptiveness to hope, healing and truth.
