@Olamide actually, education as to what I call a waffle iron( as my mom calls it) not a waffle maker! I had poor Andy B confused what a waffle iron is. So, beings it's 0730 as I type this I think I will put my 41 year old waffle iron to good use. Wish you all could join me and my husband this cloudy morning for coffee, or tea and waffles!!!

@bethany must be that English blood from my grandma generations back!! Also have some Scottish blood... My mom is all German. Somewhere in there is a Yorkshire Pudding person🤣 I call it beginners luck! Breakfast will be leftovers with cooked apples and maple syrup, not sure how that is going to be.

@daniel interesting! No wonder, Mom calls it a waffle iron! I'm grateful for my electric one I'm sure I'd have a huge mess trying to turn that over!!

@Berrybunchfamily I was worried I didn't get the oil hot enough. Beginners luck. My next go will be with almond milk and almond flour. Wheat flour & cows milk make my stomach hurt.

Actually Andy B made Yorkshire pudding...something I have no idea about! But!! I'm going to try. He advised not to fill the pans to full because of the mess; I commented on over filling a waffle "iron" for the same reason. He never heard it called a waffle iron! And of course it's a waffle iron because that's what my mom calls it!
I'm the waffle maker🤣😂
