@tymektt and Jo does up to 100 miles a day.....4 days a week...our car isn't too bad - we get 45 MPG

@tymektt £1.409p/ litre

When we got married in 1996, it cost £0.58p/litre...

@MaryMamuzich awesome. And I can easily imagine she was ready to go again! 🙂

MTB ride with Jo then porridge for breakfast. Jacket spud with poached eggs for lunch. I've even, today, managed a quiet time in between breakfast and lunch (I've gotten really bad at forgetting to sometimes eat until dinner time, once I get stuck into my day - something I've never before found myself doing!)

And I've marked our older boys tests for Home Education from last week.

Today, so far, is a good day 🙂

And I'm still blown away, and super encouraged, by two private messages that came in over the weekend, that have really built my family up, and encouraged us to keep doing what we're doing with our BerryBunch.family ministry

Happy Monday peeps

The end of another mountain bike ride with my beautiful friend and wife 🙂

And we were a little faster today too, which is always encouraging

@sinbach er..........................sounds about right - but why?!?!?

Endurance, Season 3, Episode 7, Against the Grain.

Endurance is your weekly spiritual workout, whether you think of yourself as a beginner, an intermediate, or advanced!
Explore with us as we talk about the idea of going ‘Against the Grain’.

Go Deeper with Andy B, as he explains the concept of going against the grain.

He expands some verses of Scripture, Romans 12:2, James 3:4, and Acts 3:19.

He explains that going against the grain isn’t something we ought to try and do, but it is often unavoidable when we’re walking in the direction God calls us to go.

He looks at 3D printing, river currents, ships and rudders, and more…

Little Blessings Online, S5, E5, Daniel and those Lions

JoJo and Andy B talk about cats – big ones, small ones, stripey ones and even spotty ones – cats, cats, cats – just don’t tell Dave the Dog!

Story Time
What are Dave the Dog’s thoughts on lions and Daniel the courageous?

What will Dave the Dog make of how all this got started? Intrigue, deception, trickery, suspense, danger, it’s all found in Daniel and those lions!

Will Daniel come out of this alive? Will there be a happy ending for all? And what will Dave the Dog have to say about all this business!

Art Time
For art time, JoJo encourages us to paint a ready-made picture of Daniel and his lions using whatever colours we like.

Lol 🤣 ...ahem

....We even MET some friendly walkers......(not "mentioned")

😆

Didn't feel much like cycling this morning. But we made ourselves get out this afternoon. Twas glorious!

And the smell of slow cooked lemon chicken is a welcome thing upon our arrival home.

Even cleared away, from the trail, part of a tree that had fallen down :-) I got all manly and broke it into submission !

Jo helped by supervising 😜

We even mentioned some friendly walkers...so that was a surprising, yet, encouraging, encounter.

Andy B and JoJo

I was going to post this a few days ago.

Now I'm asking brothers and sisters for urgent prayer for healing. My wife and I have come down with Co**d.
Our symptoms are different one from another and we never thought we could ever get this..
I've been really sick with it for over a week now.
I feel like I should take something (besides just motrin IB and acetaminophen and organic apples, etc.) I've had almost no appetite for a week now. I feel nauseated to put food in my mouth and today it has been harder to breathe, and I've been dizzier.
At least my wife has been able to eat, but she's had a stronger cough for a while. But now the cough is getting me bad and making it harder to breathe.
I welcome prayers, recommendations, etc.
Bless you

@tanjaostman the buildings there look amazing. I rember that from my visit to Denmark as a small child

@tanjaostman Manchester in the UK has trams. It's very strange when you're moving about around them, as they're so quiet.

Very cool though

Another, more recent one is the City of Wolverhampton (my town of birth) where they link trams to the train line

@TakeN

Justice?

Nathan?

Peace?

What I was looking for?

Car keys?

What I lost?
