Didn't feel much like cycling this morning. But we made ourselves get out this afternoon. Twas glorious!
And the smell of slow cooked lemon chicken is a welcome thing upon our arrival home.
Even cleared away, from the trail, part of a tree that had fallen down :-) I got all manly and broke it into submission !
Jo helped by supervising 😜
We even mentioned some friendly walkers...so that was a surprising, yet, encouraging, encounter.

I was going to post this a few days ago.
Now I'm asking brothers and sisters for urgent prayer for healing. My wife and I have come down with Co**d.
Our symptoms are different one from another and we never thought we could ever get this..
I've been really sick with it for over a week now.
I feel like I should take something (besides just motrin IB and acetaminophen and organic apples, etc.) I've had almost no appetite for a week now. I feel nauseated to put food in my mouth and today it has been harder to breathe, and I've been dizzier.
At least my wife has been able to eat, but she's had a stronger cough for a while. But now the cough is getting me bad and making it harder to breathe.
I welcome prayers, recommendations, etc.

@tanjaostman Manchester in the UK has trams. It's very strange when you're moving about around them, as they're so quiet.
Very cool though
Another, more recent one is the City of Wolverhampton (my town of birth) where they link trams to the train line

God is still sustaining baby Diana! Doctors ate doing loads of tests to find out why her belly keeps swelling everytime they give her formula. Please keep praying! That little clinched fist breaks my heart.
@bethany but you do have pudding, chips and gravy...anything south of stoke and it becomes watery, gloopy brown stuff, pies and, well, sometimes chips...ask for a pudding and you'll get stared at like you just said you're not getting vaccinated 😜 😂

While out and about on a mountain bike ride, Andy B stopped to rest under a tree.
Ok, so there wasn’t much resting due to the rather unexpected low flying helicopters and Andy’s rather excited enjoyment of them.
But, Andy was struck that he hadn’t showered for a few days, nor shaved. Simply because while he’d kept meaning to, things kept stopping him.
He was waiting until his next mountain bike ride, but when that hadn’t happened for a few days, it was becoming rather obvious that he hadn’t shaved.
And in life there are often consequences to those things that we fail to do. Consequences which, just like Andy B’s beard, demonstrate that something hasn’t happened.
