While out mountain biking, Andy B and Jo Jo spotted their oldest son, running in the distance. They decided to push on a bit faster and get past him – for the first time, having always been just a bit slower than him!
Just as they were starting to get close, Andy B’s bike had a puncture. So they stopped!
Their goal disappeared, literally, into the distance.

🔥 Chronicles of My Surgeries part 1-
What did I learn from having 2 major surgeries?
... well I'm still processing...but one thing that hit me hard was something very simple:
(1) I am a created being...
People of God...I experienced Father God in such a way that...all I can say is, He is more real than we are!
I met Him...or is it that He showed up at the surgeries...well, I encountered Him.
He wasn't there to console me or comfort me... His Presence alone gave Life...a deep strength i have never known. His Presence was very matter of fact....as if the surgeries were just a routine pit stop. (To be cont'd. )

My daughter, Lisa is out of surgery. She ended up being worse than the doctors expected. She lot a lot of blood and is having a transfusion, she had to have a total hysterectomy but her bladder is ok and didn't need reconstruction. (Lisa was praying her bladder would be ok) she may not have to be in ICU
Baby is doing well.
Thank you for sharing this burden and now sharing in the blessing.

Thank you for praying for this precious miracle! She weight 5lbs 2oz. My daughter Lisa is still in surgery and I believe she is way better than the doctors thought she'd be. I will update when I hear more. Thank you for praying!!
For those that wondering about @Olamide, and where he had gone, he's asked me to let you know he's been in hospital these past 29 days. He's had two major surgeries, and is now home - let out on Good Friday.
Can you join me and of pray for his full, and complete, recovery! He needs to take things easy for quite a while.
I wanted to say more, before, but didn't until I had spoken with him - and got his permission to share this.
I think @MaryMamuzich you were one of the ones asking after him, but I couldn't find your post to reply to it on his behalf.

An update on my daughter Lisa.
I will be flying to Salt Lake City tomorrow. Baby will be delivered Monday the 5th instead of the 8th. Mother and baby are doing well. Please pray surgery goes smoothly and baby has healthy lungs and Lisa isn't as bad inside as doctors are expecting.

So what does Easter and what do a wooden cross, churches, people and crowds, hot cross buns, chicks, chocolate, food, bank holiday and traffic jams all have in common!
Bank Holiday Mondays happen because of Easter, an event that we know to be true, some 2,000 years ago.
