@favored God bless all those small groups / ! May Jesus Christ be truly praised within the little ones and may He strengthen them.

@mariapombo for studying, 2 columns is probably better. More room for notes or verses. Continuous text is great for continuous reading - a whole letter for example. You get the overall meaning a little easier.
That's what I figured.

@StevenBerry Wow. I can't even hike 17km...
Now I feel like taking a walk...

@mariapombo Interesting, your spanish Bible also uses the 2-column-system. It's very common. I'm glad I found one with continuous text layout a while ago though. It suits me better.

But I'm changing the topic here...

@tanjaostman I wish I hadn't sinned so much and wouldn't still be sinning...

@sinbach this podcast really stirred me up. I'm so so sooo far away...

"Lord, don't hold back. Bring everything in my life or take anything away that you wish, so that I might be more like You!
Away with the pleasures of this world. Make me a true follower no matter what!"

Time to repent again.

@nealfred4 I see you haven't got an answer to that old question either. I have listened to a sermon of Zac Poonen where he explained the difference. He has made a series called "basics" or the like. Look for it. I don't agree with all that he says, but I'd recommend him in general...

@nealfred4 you're about to open Pandoras Box. Not sure, DD is a good place to discuss this...

You're probably better off studying yourself. Or, to get a broader view: listen to sermons on these topics from a variety of denominations. Charismatic, Pentecostal, Baptist, Reformed, Brethren, Mennonites.

But: studying and praying would be my recommendation. I have no better answer for you...

@tanjaostman sun and outdoor activities - sounds like a real covid vaccine...

@Fisherman @sinbach it would be funny if it wasn't so sick and cruel and demonic...

@KarlGessler 2 Pt 3:11-13
Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat?

Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.

@KarlGessler End of 1 Thessalonians 4:

Wherefore comfort one another with these words:

"For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.

For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:

Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord."

@Asianking just lift him up to the Lord. No words needed. He will know!

A colleague just died that I witnessed to not long ago. I have no knowledge if he came to Christ at the last second...
I so much wish he did.
Death without Christ is terrible! :(
