Got heart surgery at 0730 today (9th July, UK)

Grateful for prayers for a smooth procedure - it's an ablation, so they go in via a vein in my leg to burn a specific part of the inside of the heart in order to prevent the severe palpitations I've had since the start of 2023

Will be off work for two weeks while I recover

We saw firsthand how well respected and honored they are while there in Kenya in December 2022. Even representatives from the government came to honor them and encourage even more rural, tribal outreaches

Pray and ask the Lord if He wants you to sow into these precious Shepherds.

So @mary was feeling a bit off last weekend I checked her blood pressure. It was dangerously high (175/110) compared to usual (119/70). After checking her the next day with no improvement, I took her to the ER. When she was admitted it was 193/120. They looked for problems(none), gave her some meds, and she is now back to normal a week later. Our sitter had something similar happen, and also Heidi's therapist. All in the last 3 weeks with no other symptoms. Anyone else seeing anything like this?
