Andy B was inspired by a post, written by a friend, that reminded us all that sometimes we can be surprised when God does answer our prayers.

Also, while filming Little Blessings Online, Andy was thinking about how Dave the Dog had thought of that talking bush, that Moses encountered.

In our lives, are we hearing the bush, or the voice of God?

Let’s not miss what God is doing or saying, by being surprised He is doing or saying anything. He is, after all, a loving father, who delights in His children.

While this doesn’t mean we’ll simply get everything we want, let’s at least be expectant that God is wanting to bless us and answer our prayers!

Let’s not miss God!!

I finally have an update for those of you praying for my 10 year old daughter. I didn't hear from the hospital on Monday, then the surgeon tried to call yesterday but my phone was malfunctioning. Today I was able to speak with the surgeon. She said that all the tests indicate the tumor is indeed a teratoma and most likely benign, Praise God!! Surgery is scheduled for July 2nd. Your continued prayers are so appreciated. God's grace has been amazing! I want to continue to stand with each of you in prayer as well. When we pray together we can also rejoice together as we see the answers!

*FATHERS DAY PRAYER*

Father, we come before You today humbled and in awe of Your grace and mercy. Lord, we thank You for the way You have designed what a family is supposed to look like and the specific roles You have ordained to a mother and a father of how to lead their children. It's for the fathers, families and children that we do pray today. Lord we pray specifically for fathers and fatherhood. Your Word clearly instructs fathers to bring up their children in the discipline and the instruction of the Lord. *EPHESHIANS 6:4* We pray that You will continue to empower and strengthened fathers. We pray for wisdom, protection, strength and discernment to help them through whatever trials they may be facing. Thank You Lord for these men and please guard their minds in Christ Jesus, help meet all their needs . Finally, God Your Word says that You will turn the hearts of the fathers to their children and the hearts of their children to their fathers. *MALACHI 4:6*

The appointment went well today. Although the original medical center diagnosed a teratoma, they want to carefully rule out neuroblastoma before confirming that diagnosis. Today they took a urine sample and more bloodwork. They plan to call early next week with results and the next steps. They said if it is a teratoma the plan would be to surgically removed it and that should be the end of it. They would expect the incision to be fairly large due to the size of the tumor and the hospital stay around 3-5 days. Thanks so much for your continued prayers. They are making a difference!

@HimalayanShepherd Why is the Lord allowing this? What goal might He be working towards? How is this situation helping Him develop His people to move from where they now are to where they are called to be?
Are the believers victims of an evil regime or unfortunate circumstance? What opportunities are now present? How can believers solve problems and contribute to the well-being of others? How can they create value? How might creativity be harnessed to do more with less? How might a donation work against the long-term well-being of the believers? Does money flow like a river? What is the nature of money? How does the current discipleship program build resilience and investment mentality in the believers?

Please pray for my sister, Lisa in Chicago. She is addicted to prescription drugs and very depressed. She needs to come to the Lord Jesus but doesn’t want to listen. If anyone knows a church there that would reach out to her, please let me know. I live in Alabama so I’m not there.

@NanaCarol Father I pray for Lisa that Your love and goodness will reach her today. Her life has not gone according to plan- neither Your's nor her's. Touch her mind, her heart, her will, her spirit and her body - continue the healing journey that You began in her life. Wean her off of prescription drugs and teach her good nutrition to help repair her body. Break any links between herself and evil spirits freeing her spirit to live in Your presence. Cause her heart to have a desire for Your Word. Bring her mind to the place of perfect soundness and give her victory over negative thoughts. Help her to express her emotions and not bottle them in. Teach her about building good relationships. Though she may not yet know it You are every thing she needs. When You move in, along comes healing and blessing. Give her hope that she can have a better life than this. Let the Holy Spirit convict her of sin, righteousness and judgement. Save her soul by any means necessary. In Jesus name Amen
