I'm praying for the Lord to take it away and your daughter won't have to go through surgery. But praise be to God for not being cancer! Thank you for the update, I've been wondering.

@Cherishingsparrows2020
What wonderful news! We will pray that she (and you) sail through the surgery and recovery.

Andy B shared a post earlier today about working and walking in God’ strength, titled "Busy days and God’s rhythm"

That post started with these words…

“Busy day ahead? Make sure you stop before you start, so you’ll be able to finish!”

…before Andy went to look at how we can expound those words to make for more God like appear!

And how often do we charge into the day, because it is such a busy day, that we forget to ask what God had in mind for us, for that day, for His Kingdom?!?

Dave the Dog is a friendly little chap who helps Jo Jo tell stories.

He likes sticks, sleeping in his dog basket, and getting his hair done.

And he has a dry sense of humour!

Dave the Dog was waiting patiently, but got a bit jumpy when the soundman got too close to him...ahead of filming for the Moses and that oddly Burning Bush

Busy day ahead? Make sure you stop before you start, so you'll be able to finish!

...or...

Busy day [you think you have planned] ahead? Make sure you stop [to pray and bow before the giver of all we'll need] before you start [what He has planned for you] so you'll be able to finish [and be at peace with what you've accomplished walking in God's strength, and working at His pace]

@Hinerodney

I love this perspective that I heard many years ago: 'God allows Himself to work within the constraints of time, for us'

But we, also, need to learn exactly the same thing - and allow ourselves to work within the constraints of His timing.

@tymektt lolm I didn't even notice that typo until you posted what you'd meant lol

@karzudospa 😠
Grateful to hear our own Prime Minister - Boris Johnson - acknowledge that fact and truth, in his Christmas speech, 2 years ago...sad that I can't see what he has done with that knowledge

@sinbach

Reminds of a line from Wil Smith in I-Robot.

As the Robots were taking over the world, and people suddenly realised Wil Smith's character, prejudice and distrust of robots, was spot on...

"Somehow, I told you so, just doesn't quite cut it"

Worrying ain't good, dear Friends.
It is a habit that you don't need!

@tymektt lol yep

That "green and pleasant land" look is certainly all to do with the weather 🙂

@Olamide it can indeed be such a simple confirmation, because he always oversteps his mark!

Andy B 2 Minute Video, Helping Others Can Be Easy

Today, Andy B drove jo – his wife – to work. Something he doesn’t normally do!

It meant he could return a faulty product easily, in the family car – which was great.

But it meant he could take a load off Jo – as a former trucker, 90 minutes of driving twice in a day is not even close to taxing, but for some it might be.

So where is God nudging you to help somebody today?

It might not cost you much of anything other than your time – the only free commodity we all have - but it could mean the world to them!
